Cape Barren goose is a very large grey goose with a relatively small head and home to Australia’s southeastern coast,
Lay eggs in a nest in open pasture tusks. The nest is built by the male and lined below. Each pair establishes an area in the autumn, prepares the nest and defends it with hustle and determination against other geese. This type is monogamous, life-long marital ties. The female embraces eggs, and both young parents embrace equally.
It can drink saltwater or saltwater, allowing many of them to stay on sea islands all year round
